We should send emails to Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, Jay Leno, David Letterman, Conan O'Brian, Jimmy Kimmel etc.
They have tremendous amount of viewership and seems like a perfect material for these shows. I will send email to these guys but if more and more peple can make them aware of this development, this news can potentially snowball. :D

What part do you want interpreted? It says in plain simple english that it is wating to be assigned to an officer.
You can take an infopass to find out if your case is pre-adjudicated, prints/name check are clear.

I created a SR on 09/14 and got the following response today.

For senator and congres(wo)man it is really simple call your local senator or congres(wo)man or got to their website and fill out a privacy form and send it to the person handling immigration service at their office. As a part of that form explain them your situation and what you want their office to do for you. They will promptly follow up with USCIS on your behalf and will provide you with regular update as and when they get it from USCIS. You can easily find your local senator or congres(wo)man on google search.

So you mean that EB2 petitioners are not required to file affidavit of support (either I 134 or I 864) at all for their spouse who are on H4 visa....
Any employment based petitions . You can send that as a supporting document but not mandatory .It wont comes under " initial evidence"

My wife is on F1 visa and I am hoping the dates will move soon and we will be able to file 485. I would like to know if

If you are under H1b and she is applying for 485 together with you then answer is yes she can.

No because F1 is for non immigrant as F1 you show that you have no intention to move to US but once your file your I-485 you show an intention to move and stay in US therefore F1 is no longer valid.

I agree the numbers seem to include dependents. I mean while looking at EB2 numbers you can see average 1000 - 1500 applications per month which translates to roughly 400 - 700 primary applications (labor) filed each month. That looks reasonable.

gc26...., It seems that you have missed the point again. Any logical person will have the capability to comprehend that this thread is against visa abuse in L1 category.. If you still didn't get it, objective is to explore the options to report abuse of L1. Benefits are: genuine people still get the opportunity, reduce over supply in market, not bring wages down etc.
Its that simple. If you can give me 1 good reason to not bring this issue up, I can definitely discuss the issue. But, stop giving me this crap about raising voice and being right...
